Cheapest way to transfer data between 360 hdd's?

Hi,

I am looking at getting a 120gb hdd, seem cheap now. Now I am wondering what is the cheapest way to get the data from one hard drive to another?

Ahh didn't realise you would if you bought new, I was looking at buying one 2nd hand you see. The ones I have been looking at are cheap, but it has no transfer kit, and they seem expensive when I look for them. Any ideas other than the official kit?
