Had the Surface 2 since launch which I think was October 2013 so its getting a little old and I want to update.
Wanting to move to Windows 10 from the Windows 8.1 RT on the Surface 2.
What's the cheapest Windows 10 tablet on the market at the moment ?
Nothing to powerful all its really used for is internet and YouTube.
Not sure if the best bet it to pick up a second hand Surface 3
