Cheapish ice cream machine.

I think with the electric ones that you maybe need to leave it in place for a couple of days before you can use it so refrigerant can settle. So wherever you put it, it needs to be there pretty permanently, or at least not just a spur of the moment thing.
 
I paid £200 for the gaggia machine, which is renowned for its built quality, lots of owners have had it for 10+ years and still going strong.

It's more than the bufferlo but IMO when you are spending over £100 you might as well make it an investment into something that lasts.
