In the current progress of my first build just a case of buying the rest of the parts now, im looking to get a water cooled machine but was just wandering what would be a good/ideal and cheapish kit for a novice such as myself, what sort of factors have i got to take into consideration, feel free to post link to Overclockers products cause thats probably where i will be buying most my stuff

What case are you using so we know what size radiator to spec.
What CPU etc?

Cheap + watercooling are 2 words that have never gone together. You will get the bug and want bigger and better ;)
 
With that case you'll be better off with an all in one cooler that only uses 1 x 120mm fan/rad.

If you were going to go the route of custom loop and 2 x 120mm fan/rad you would lose the use of both your hard drive cages.
