Cheapo 32" IPS for general "TV" use?

I've only got room for 32" in a recess bit of the dining room, and the small TVs are all a bit naff it seems to me.

I don't need audio out, and the use of the monitor is media pc, some minor surfing (using windows scaling), and a bit of bluray disc. 2x hdmi or 1x DP and 1x hdmi needed.

Good viewing angles is essential to avoid washed out viewing.

Are any of those sub £200 monitors worth it? I've been using an old cheapo Samsung F390 which is okay for desktop use in the mean time.

I saw that newer model already and it ticked the boxes. It's just the buy cheap buy twice i'd like to avoid, but can't see any major drawbacks if you happy with it? There was also an LG at much the same price ~£200
