Cheapo for tv pc

Hi all,

My old LGA775 mobo with 3.4ghz, pentium 4 is struggling with live tv on media centre.

I need to know which graphics card will alleviate this, i used to have a AMD 5450, which was fine (moved it to the new pc but stupidly sold it when I upgraded), i am looking for as cheap as possible, but not up on Nvidia at all or the older generations.

As I sold mine boxed with everything in and got about £6. So I do not want to spend another twenty getting one. They are even 15 second hand.

It does not need to be for blu ray, around ten pounds is my aim !
