No, the CRT has and is being run at 85hz with both the 7800gtx and the 6200.

Guess i'll just have to put up with it. :(
 
Check that in the control panel that de-interlacing settings havn't been changed. I had this problem when running my PS2 through my TV Card on my ATI x800gto. The de-interlacing settings wern't set right and caused the scrolling text to be near unreadable. Do nvidia cards have a de-interlacing option?
