Cheapy point and clicky

Hello so I like to take pictures of my bike, as it's getting dark lately my phone is taking awful pictures like this.

Can I get a point and click camera that I can just keep in my pocket which will at the very least not be grainy in low light? For less than £100?

I have a HTC M7, it's always been a terrible camera considering the rest of the phone.
