Thoughts/Concerns/Suggestions before I order this lot? Downsizing to an MATX

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz
Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI GENE Intel Z87
Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C10 2400MHz
Corsair Obsidian 350D Windowed Micro ATX Case
Corsair Hydro H110
All fans replaced with SP120 Quiet Editions

I'll be using my current Corsair TX750 PSU, Gigabyte GTX670 along with SSDs and Blu Ray Drive etc.

Pretty sure the TX is 161mm and the 350D takes a PSU with a max of 180mm in length so should be all good.

H110 = bigger rad than the h100/h100i, although I don't believe the SP come in 140, only 120, and that the AF140 aren't designed for rads.

Yeah sorry, will be putting 2 x AF120 on the front panel and replace the rear exhaust fan with another AF120
