As far as I can see you have included everything necessary and it should be a nice specification. I'm assuming that you already have keyboard, mouse and monitor, other than that go for it

For the PSU consider the Antec Phantom 500 as it is totally silent.

Its very heavy + expensive but well worth it IMO.
