Check the above please, note I have a corsair 750 psu, 4GB of PC6400 ddr2 and a gtx280. Will it all fit and work?

think your better of with some Arctic Silver 5, not sure how good the thermal tape is or how long it's going to hold.

That all fits together although I don't know too much about how good the P43 motherboards are, a P45 based option won't cost much more but should be more fully featured.

If you are thinking about overclocking heavily then you might need a higher end cooler but if not then it should be fine.

So a P5Q would be better? No point in a P5Q pro as single gpu option right.

For the £7 extra I think the extra two SATA ports, firewire and a better chipset would be worth it yes.
