Check mend report problem!

Hi folks, I'm selling my iphone 5 on these forums, or will be, but I have a problem. I bought the iphone myself from the Apple store Manchester so I know it's all legit but after doing a check mend report online its flagged as reported stolen to the police at some point???
Anyone know why this might be? And does this mean I can't list it for sale on here?

do you have a receipt, try book a appointment with apple store? or contact checkmend?

Surely if it was stolen it would be blocked
