Hi All,

In the market for a gaming pc, I've not had a desktop for quite sometime so not confident that I've selected the best parts for both performance and value. I hope to play COD4:MW2, BF2 and SC2 at 1920x1200 from today's games, but will like to leave an easy upgrade option via Crossfire. I have 2x Dell 24" Monitors and a OCZ Vertex SSD that I hope to reuse.

Here's my build any suggestions or recommendations will be welcome.

Thanks in advanced.

as judgeno says youll need a more powerful psu if you want to leave the crossfire option open, something like a 750W corsair woudl be my choice
and yeah youll either need to add a 120mm fan to the heatsink or choose another one which includes it built in, the corsair h50s are very popular atm for a self contained wc loop
rest looks good

I'd swap the megahalem for an armageddon and 140mm fans, would be as good, cuple of degrees maybe but it's considerably smaller and would be quieter

for the case, what about one of the new antec cases? cost about the same and have better features

A few points to consider:

-Do you definitely want to order everything off Overclockers UK? If you pick up different parts from different websites you can save yourself up to £79.67 From the current print screen in post #1.

-I would recommend the Corsair TX 750w for £100 or £30 extra gets you the HX 750w- difference being £30 more gets you a modular power supply. Depending on how many hard drives and so on you have in your case, modular may only get rid of one or two wires not really worth £30 extra. Or the super Cooler Master Silent Pro Modular 850W Power Supply which is modular and has loads of PCI-E connectors

-Unless you don't I am assuming you already have an optical drive? As there is not one listed. If not get this one for non-Blu-ray http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CD-097-LO&groupid=701&catid=10&subcat=951
or this for blu-ray http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CD-132-SA&groupid=701&catid=10&subcat=314

-Are you planning on Overclocking your CPU? If so then get that RAM you have chosen but If not get this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-151-OC&tool=5 which the money you've saved can go towards a better power supply, always a good upgrade and something never to skimp on

-As for HDD's this is a perfect option for fast-speed http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-336-WD&groupid=701&catid=14&subcat=1279 sata 3 6Gbps

That Concludes my little description and wish you the very best
