ive got Coolermaster HAF X with Coolermaster GX 750W PSU Bundle
for case and psu
and a ocz agility 3 120gb

can't spend anymore so ill use retail cpu fan and that dvd - rw untill i can upgrade to water cooling and blueray rw

What you going to be using the pc for? because if its just gaming really might you want to get an i5 insted? Then you have spare money for CPU fan etc.

Yep you will only benefit from the i7 if you use apps which make use of the hyperthreading ability, such as video/image/audio editing apps. If you do use these then get an 2600K so you can overclock, XMS3 is cheaper and a 6950 is a lot cheaper and can be unlocked to a 6970 which will then out perform the 560ti SOC. 560 ti review benched against 6970

Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor £254.99

MSI ATI Radeon HD 6950 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £205.99

MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - (Sandybridge) ** B3 REVISION ** £139.99

Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX8GX3M2A1600C9) £79.99

Sony Optiarc AD-5260S 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £15.98

Total : £708.35 (includes shipping : £9.50)

is that msi mobo better?

and i was thinking about trying 3d at some point as ive got a 120hertz monitor already don't i need nvidia for that? just thought i would check

thanks for all the help

thanks ive changed them around

what about the graphics is there a better nvidia card i can get?
lookd like the best one to me but i don't know a lot about graphics cards

is that a better card or just cheaper im not sure how u compare them lol

if its just cheaper i still just have what i need to get the

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti SUPER OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

With graphics cards, you just wanna look at what will give you the most frames per second for the resolution your gaming at.

You on a single 1080p monitor?

What sort of games do you play?

For in most of the reviews I've looked at, for that resolution, the 570 performs at a very similar level, so you might as well pocket the extra cash and go get drunk or something (or you could save it if you really wanted:rolleyes: lol!)

The Twin FrozR cooling system is definitely a better cooling system and the card will be slightly faster than the other 570 so if you really wanna spend big, definitely get the 570 Twin FrozR III over the 560Ti SOC

this is what ive got / order just now
