Check my memory settings please

I have just recently acquired a 2GB Corsair value select C3 dual channel set.
Now I'm used to 1GB TCCD sets so can someone cast their eye over the following and comment please.

DFI Ultra-D mobo; X800XL; X2 3800 @2.5GHz

I have the memory on 166 divider @ 209MHz timings 3-3-3-8 1T @ 2.7v

Is this any good? Is it worth trying a lesser divider or tighter timings? How many volts will this RAM cope with?
