Check my Micro ATX spec pls

Have just moved my PC into our bedroom to make room for baby. Its too big, loud and cream. My current case is a Globalwin 802 I bought back in 2000 (high five if you remember them) and its horrible.

So I want to build something powerful enough for development. I only play old racing sims (GTL) so don't need so hot gfx, will be reusing my Radeon X1950 Pro I use now. I just want it to be fairly quiet, and overclockable.

How's this look:

I like the sound of being about to unlock the two cores, but doubt the standard cooler will take it in a small case, so have got a replacement cooler and some AS 5. Anything I've missed?

I'd suggest that you probably won't need 8GB RAM, and so you could save the ~£35 and spend it on a nicer case, such as a second hand Lian Li V351 or something.
