check my overclock

guys guys im running a i5 2500k GHz

and at the moment i got it sitting on 4.8 GHz with 1.4 v core temps at idle are around the high 30s 35-40

temps in load under prime95 is around 70-75 ambient room temp around 17-18

i run prime overnight on it and it hasn't crashed is this overclock OK to keep running ? and can i push the voltage up more to get a better overclock or will it damage the processor

got a antec khuler h20 620 or something

Temperatures are OK but you don't want to be going much higher.

1.4V is pretty much the limit as well.

No one knows for certain but current opinion seems to be that around 1.35-1.38V is the limit of where you want to be at.
