I'm just about to order this, so any advice regarding compatability would be just dandy.
 
If you intend to overclock (it would be a shame not to at least mildly overclock that CPU), you'll want a better motherboard. I'm fond of the Gigabyte DS3.

Also, if you can spare the extra cash you'll find that the latest Seagates, the 7200.10s, are much faster than the previous generation and they're not that much more expensive.
