All looks good, you can get some much better cases for £70 though:

Cooler Master CM-690 II Lite Dominator Case
Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Case
Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case with Fan Controller

My main issue with the Antec 300 is there is no cable routing. so your build ends up a mess.

How about spending extra £15 and getting one of the following two motherboards, so you can SLI in the future?

If you proceed with that, I would recommend upping the PSU to a 750W or 850W as well.

Actually if you are not on a tight budget, stretch a little further to what fowler002 suggested above (yea I know it's quite a bit more expensive than initially), as it has PCI-E 3.0, as well as better onboard sound 8 Channel HD Audio with THX TruStudio Pro instead of typical Realtak. If you are not stretching, for the £105 board I think you would be better with the MSI in the two I quoted above, as the Gigabyte is only a Micro-ATX board with fewer slots, whereas the MSI is full size ATX board, and the spacing between the two PCI-E x16 slots is wider (so more space for air-intake if you do go SLI).

the gigabyte you linked to is matx, the z68xp-ud3p is £119.99(no idea what the difference betwen it and the cheaper z68xp-ud3(£109.99) is) and atx.
