Get a different PSU. A lot of Hipers are exploding. I'd recommend a Corsair 520W.

I'd get an Asus P5N-E and an Allendale 4300 CPU. The 6600 is waste of money if you're only gaming. The 4300 will probably hit at least 3.2GHz when overclocked anyway.

Get a decent CPU cooler like a Thermalright Ultra 120 or Tuniq Tower.

You could get away with cheaper RAM, like the Team Extreme PC6400 stuff. Tighter timings don't make that much of a difference to performance.

Perhaps get 2 hard drives instead of 1. This is useful for backups.

Oh, and get a nicer case. Thermaltakes are okay, but something like a Lian Li PC7+ or an Akasa Eclipse would be much nicer. ;)

Welcome to the forums:).

Yeah if your going to overclock I would get a 6300 or 4300 and get a decent cooler like a Tuniq or Thermalright Ultra-120/HR-01.

I would switch out that PSU for a different one. Antec, Enermax, Corsair.

:)

Do you really need the sound card??? You can save some money there
I made a few changed to your list.
