i take it the 8800 is a dx10 card?
Is there much difference besides that?
yes it is a dx10 card

but also MUCH better right now for dx9 too

also,

change the PSU for the Corsair 620W

change the 7950 and pay the little extra for a 8800GTO or if you can a GTX as there both DX10 cards. If you will be upgrading the card again in 6 months time stick with the 7950 and get yourself R600 (if there any good) or what ever ATi/nvidia have to offer.
