Comments please. Anyone tell me how long this rig will last, with minor upgrades in the future? I was hoping for about 2 years, but is this likely? I may be overclocking at some point, only mild though, around 3 - 3.2 Ghz.

Would edit out the competitors asap

As for the lifespan that is always an unknown, but upgrading to quad core and refreshing the gpu every two years should keep it competitive.
