Budget is £700ish, don't need any peripherals apart from speakers. Not sure about this mobo and how it performs (I use a p5k premium myself), graphics card (better value from other budget ones?) or if the ram is cheapest. I trust the psu though! It is a work and media orientated PC hence the graphics card being a budget one (not sure if its the best value though), has to have a TV card.
Only going to put a modest overclock on it so I'm not sure if it really needs the heatsink either, but low temps can't hurt! (Oh and before you say I forgot it, I already have thermal paste
