Check my Spec Please!

Am looking to purchase the above parts in the next few days. Can anyone see any problems or any ways in which to improve it?

Will be used for general gaming, internet, dvd-ripping etc. Will be used with an Asus VH222H monitor and I have keyboard, mouse and OS.

looks very good, only thing Id change is the CPU cooler, personally Id go for the sunbeam, only a bit more and much better

Yeah looks nicely balanced. If you're not fussed about noise too much the Titan Fenrir is another great alternative for CPU cooler
