Hi. I'm about to buy all components for my new set up but thought I would just run it by you guys first before I spend all my hard earned pennies. I'm not an overclocker or gamer, I'll only be using the new pc for digital audio mixing & recording, and just as a hobby I'll be doing some photo & video editing. The new set up is:

Asus P8Z68-V mobo
Intel I7 2600K (to take advantage of HD3000 onboard graphics)
2 x 1TB Samsung F3 Spinpoint HDD's
16GB (4x4gb) Corsair Vengeance Jet Black LP RAM
Samsung SH-5222AL/BEBE Optical Drive
Coolermaster CM690 II Advanced Case

I'd really appreciate your thoughts on the above spec please?

Also need some advice on a PSU...would a 650W more than comfortably handle the above spec for my needs?? I've been looking at the Corsair TX650 or the Antec True Power 650W Modular, are these decent PSU's?? (Not fussed whether I get a modular or non-modular PSU, have a budget of £70 so will just buy the best PSU for my budget).

Would really appreciate your help here guys. Thanks in advance :)

Everything looks good. For the PSU, I'd get any of the two though I may pick the Corsair one as they're very easy to deal with should your PSU goes kaput.

The i5-2500K also has the HD3000 graphics, so if I was you I'd save the money there.
650W is overkill for a build without a graphics card. If you don't plan to ever add one then I'd just get something along the lines of an Antec Earthwatts Green EA-380D or High Current Gamer HCG-400.

Finally ordered my parts after months of bombarding you guys with thousands of questions! Thanks to all who have helped me as I'm a nooby! Have just got to order the PSU which I am still deciding so if you have any suggestions it would be great to hear them??!! The final spec arriving tomorrow is:

Intel i7 2600K
Asus P8Z68-V Mobo
2 x 1TB Samsung F3 Spinpoints
16GB Corsair Vengeance LP
Coolermaster CM690 II Advanced
Samsung S222AL/BEBE DVDRW

Thanks again
