I want to build a games machine which will be overclocked and also have a largeish hard drive for storing media files. Any changes comments on the following spec ?

looks good choice, have to be careful with the ati boards as sometimes have bugs although i have not heard anything in particular about that one (generally bios update will sort most of them.

I would look at changing the maxtor for either samsung or western digital drive as they are quieter, and more reliable.

Also for a better overclock u could look into getting the themaltake big typhoon possibly and dont forget to get some AS5.

Apart from all that have fun with ure new rig. (also if u can afford it go for the 1900xtx hehe)
