Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
RAM: Corsair Memory CM2X1024 - 6400 1GB XMS2-6400 240Pin DIMM CAS5 (will get another GB later)
Graphics Card: Sapphire Technology Ultimate Radeon X1950Pro 256MB GDDR3 Dual DVI TVO
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Socket 775 2.13GHz
Case: Asustek TA5A1 Midi Case ATX 350W Black

I already have two 120GB SATA hard drives which I won't be replacing. I'll be using an old Pentium 4 until I decide to buy the dual core processor.

I have a few questions:

1) Is 350W enough power?
2) When I get a DX10 graphics card later down the line it will work fine in this setup - correct?
3) Without using liquid cooling, what is quietest CPU fan I can get while still keeping my current CPU and any future Duo CPU cool enough?
4) Anyone know what happens when you plug a new motherboard in and boot up Windows without a clean install? (my install already has SATA drivers which I would forsee as being the main problem)

Thanks.

1) yes it is enough for now but it won't provide any room for OC and if you want 8800GTX in the future you have to get a new PSU.

2) Correct, but as said PSU will become a problem.

3) The only one i can honestly suggest is the Freezer 7 Pro, very quiet + excellent performance for under £20.

4) PC will boot up from your current HDD until the windows boot up screen and then BSOD -> restart. If you are lucky you might be able to boot up without re-install windows, but a clean installation is recommended.

Ok, looks like another clean install then

I can't believe how cheap fans are. I've never really looked at them, but I though they would be in the £50-150 region.

Thanks for the reply :)
