Check on my G-sync settings please

After installing latest gpu drivers I now have the G-sync option visible.
I am using a Free-sync monitor (AOC Q3279VWFD8 32" 2560x1440 IPS 75Hz FREESYNC Widescreen LED).

Can you please advise on graphic card settings (eg Vsync=on/off/Fast etc)
