But seriously he looks very disproportionate his traps and pecs can't be natural and look like he's had implants, also without knowing better I'd say he not the full ticket!
 
his shoulders, chest and neck suggest its implants, but i dont know how such implants would work? would it just be a hard silicone? therefore you get the look of muscles without any of the strength.
 
Definitely implants there, his "muscles" barely change shape when he moves, and then they're all oddly shapen as well. There was a Louis Theroux documentary about cosmetic surgery, and a large part of it was about people who get these type of implants.

On the other videos he has, you can see his real muscles contracting under those implants. For some reason, this guy makes me really angry, what the hell's wrong with him? He looks like crap.
