Looks fine although I might suggest changing the cooler to either a Noctua NH-U12F or a Tuniq Tower. The Arctic Freezer seems to always be decent but a bit hit or miss if you get a really good one.

I would swap the corsair memory for the geil, and the money you would save would pay for the upgrade for the "energy eficcient Q6600" version.

Also are you using the AF7 for the quad? Should be okay just watch the temps.

yeah I will be using the AF7 for the quad beacuse no one has managed to convince me of a cooler which is THE best at the moment, I will not be overclocking a whole lot so should be fine for my needs

I'm not buying into this Q6600 energy efficient stuff, seems like a con/waste of money to me
