You have a respectable overclock with memroy timings/frequency and temps to match.

If you want to try and get a bit more you'll need to do it the old fashioned way and just up the FSB by ~10MHZ at atime and wait until it becomes unstable. Up volatages in the vCore and memroy when required and reduce the ram divider and timings if necessary. Repeat until systems freaks out - and then go back to a setting that you're happy with. There will be further fine tuning after that - deciding what clock you want to what memory timings and frequency you're willing to to sacrifice - but that's for later...

It's a laborious proecess to get a few more 100 MHz - but if you fancy a play go for it. But, keep in mind, that you have a tidy clock with good timings and cool temps already.

anyone........................nobody loves me

Edit: This doesn't mean i love you ;)

5-5-5-15 seems ok to me.

What brand is the memory - and what settings do they recommend?

If you want to keep things simple just try tightening some of the timings - and run memtest to check that they can hold.

Makes sense as, like i said, it's a respectable clock, with tight timings and good temps.

And only trust your BIOS for settings.
