I want a PC that will last at least 4 years playing games at the highest res and this is what i have come up with. I already have Z-5500 speakers and 3 19" Acer Monitors ready.

What do you think anyway? i dont want any bottlenecks in the system.
 
do you need a case then?

btw no pc will play games at high settings in 4 years let alone 2, graphics cards and processors get better and better with big advances at least once a year

The difference in price with the E6600 and E6700 is ridiculous, you could overclock to the same speeds and save your money. I wouldn't go for the E6700 myself, I would stick to a E6600.
