Do I need a cooler for the CPU? or graphic card or is that fine

I am sry its from a competitor but the shop is close to me and what is wrong with the PSU I gave

And also is the motherboard fine or do you suggest a different one?

why 750w is 600 is not enough as above lee said 550 is fine
