I spec'd this for my mate, could someone please comfirm that this will work well.

For playin latest games.

He dont really need a motherboard with SLi due to ATI card and dont think he will get another card. He said he is goin to overclock is so, what other motherbard u think is good?

Is there a better case and PSU for bassicaly same price?

If you say, he's not going to require an SLi board, why have you included an SLi board? Perhaps this is better?
