Hey all, not posted here before - just need a quick spec check - its for an Micro ATX PC just for crunching numbers.

Basically with this spec - would it all go together well? And for this price (Im replacing the insides of an old PC) would it perform what I need it to do?

Any recommended changes?
And would I get decent performance out of it?
Thanks

Welcome to the forums, everything there is compatible although I'd suggest two changes possibly, you can drop the AS5 since the cooler comes with MX-2 thermal paste pre-applied. Secondly PC8500 is overkill on the Ram front unless you are heavily overclocking and even then you will probably be limited by the motherboard, I'd suggest going for decent PC6400 to save you a bit of cash - something like the OCZ PC2-6400 would do you fine.
