Hmm i7 and i5 performance for games is pretty much the same so save some cash and get a more powerful gfx card.

Good cooler to overclock the i5, with RAM to suit. Great GPU and good Mobo (offer today only I think) and PSU - though if you won't ever be SLI'ing then you can cut the PSU down to 650 or something.
