I don't game as much as I used to on the PC but will definitely be picking up HL2 Ep2, mainly FPS I play on the PC.

Does that spec look ok?

Is that cooler ok, will it fit or is there a better one?

I intend to overclock and play a round a bit so the components must be up to it as well.

Is it worth going 64 with the Vista?

Any comments, suggestions or alternatives greatly received! :)

What is your budget?? :)

That looks good mate but any reason for not going 64bit vista?? It's the same price as 32bit and will still run all your current 32bit software (so I heard never actually used 64bit windows before).

I had heard that there where some driver issues with 64 bit windows?

Maybe if I'm buying all new devices anyway those newer pieces of hardware will have 64bit drivers (?)

Maybe I should go round all the manafacturers sites and check (yawn) ;)

my budget is circa £1000, hopefully being able to sell some of the bits in my sig to get some of the costs back

Cheers
