I can confirm the dvd burner is SATA.

The RAM and PSU is overkill would recommend PC2-6400 RAM and Corsair HX 620W PSU.

I would also recommend the Western Digital Caviar SE16 500GB over the Hitachi Deskstar T7K500 NCQ 400GB.
