This spec is for a friend, and 750ish, is at the absolute limit, any reccommendations? Thanks.

All looks good except I would say perhaps get a pioneer on lite-on DVD-RW as they seem to be the most popular and reliable. Also perhaps et the freezer 7 pro as this is one of the best HSFs available, failing that if he's not going to be overclocking then perhaps just get the retail version of the processor and use the stock fan? As for the HDD I don't know much about Hitachi but the Seagate 7200.10's or the Samsung Spinpoints are the fastest and quietest drives available iirc. Hope this helps
