What 3d package do you think was used for this ?

The answer is none, it was done in Photoshop

Very weird bike, as said, no engine and mashed up brake disc.

However, extremely well made. Especially in PS..

It's called a wavy brake disc - I've got one on my Fireblade. The shape cools the disc as it spins keeping the brake system cooler, reducing the change of warping and reducing the fade that you can get when you've been hammering the brakes. They're (usually) lighter than normal discs too.
