CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHz LGA1155 6MB Cache
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Video: XFX HD 6850 XXX AMD Radeon Graphics Card - 1GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler

This is not for me but for a friend who has a budget of £500. I can get the above for £515 so not too far over budget. I am just looking for confirmation that this will all work happily togehter (mailnly the RAM and Mobo)
Also if anyone can suggest a better alternative I am open.

He is looking to play the new Star Wars game, Guild Wars 2 when out and then some older games. I forgot to mention he has a DVD drive and HDD's already. However a new one probs wouldn't come in wrong as his are old, but they are SATA
 
Cheers for the info. I think I will put the spec Stulid put up back to my friend and see what he thinks. Might be an order going in this weekend.
