im building myself a new machine, and i have a spec but cant decide on 2, maybe 3 item, so what do think of the spec and which of those i cant decide do you think, thanks in advance for your help

Asus ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card or a
BFG GeForce GTX 295 1792MB GDDR3
Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz
OCZ Reaper 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-15000 (1866MHz)
Asus P6T Deluxe v2 Intel X58 or a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 Intel X58
also putting in a 1tb harddisk samsung probably, an OCZ vertex 120gb SSD
and then the PSU either an Enermax 85 1050watt or a be quiet 1000+ pro (either 1000 or 1200 see how I feel.

as i want to overclock which of these coolers Titan TTC-NK85TZ Fenrir CPU Cooler or the Prolimatech Megahalems Performance CPU Cooler with 2 of these on Scythe Kaze Maru 140mm Cooling Fan

cheerrs again

Personal choice would be the Asus 4870x2 and the Gigabyte UD5, can't comment on the Asus motherboard as I am currently using the UD5.

The psu units are overkill for your system, a 620w - 750w will be more than enough.

CPU coolers, I have heard good things for all of them, have a look at the Thermalright Ultra as well.

thanx again, have found the single PCB version of the GTX295 but apparently it needs 46amps, on the 12volt rail, which would be half ish of the total the enermax 1050 watt can supply, think 76watts in total, or was it 87, anyway thats a lot of amps and i really dont want to put 2 PSUs in my cases anymore using an n-way relay.

Anyway still cant decide, comparing the 2 mobo's more, probably go for the gigabyte

the ASUS P6T which is 164.99 is a very good board aswell

but the v2 ASUS board is newer than the gigabyte:D

but the layout of the gfx card slots are a bit silly tho:(

just remembered why i like the asus version 2 board it has sata 3 ports on it, but yes the card slots are in daft place. but with dual gpu cards cant see me putting more than 1 card in, whether it is ati or nvidia

The 295 is the best gpu and i would look online at benchmarks for the fenrir and megahalem at high overclocks on a 920 to make a choice of which to go for, hope it helps!
