Those are all the components I need (got the hd, another 512mb stick of that ram, optical drive, etc). Are there any improvements to be made?

Not sure about the motherboard - is there anything better at the same price/about £10 more? Will that heatsink fit the motherboard? Will the akasa fan be enough for the processor?
 
You could just get a big typhoon instead of the xp90 + akasa 92mm fan, which has the benefit of being 120mm. Eveything else looks good. I presume you have a decent graphics card?
 
freezer 64 is a good alternative as well, very quiet and excellent at keeping the temps down even when overclocked!!

graphics card would be the only other thing
