About to build this comp does this sound alright?

Also, you could very easily get away with a 600W PSU, so maybe drop that down and use the money towards getting a bigger HDD. IE-

Better use of the cash IMO, and you will not be dissappointed with the Corsair (which is actually made by Seasonic).
