I'll eventually be adding another GTX, will that PSU be alright or am I better off going for something like a 700W Seasonic?

Also, will my X-Fi still fit when I've got SLi going?

Already got a case, HDDs and DVDRW.

Looks like a pimp-age spec that! You should be fine with the 700W but it would restrict you if you wanted SLI plus overclocking ability I would have thought!

Not to sound arsey, but i really do think that one good 8800GTX will be more then sufficient. In this case I'd really prefer the extra processing power.

I agree, a single GTX will be fine now. But in a couple of years it'll start lagging behind, which is when I'd slap another in.
