Checkdisk on boot

Having a problem that started about a week ago now. Basically CHKDSK runs on 1 of my 4 drives (and not my windows drive) every time I boot up and I'm unable to skip it. It's getting quite annoying because it takes a good 2-3 mins for it to run through the whole drive. I've tried doing a manual CHKDSK and fix but it still thinks it needs to do another on boot. Any ideas?

I had the exact same thing happen to me on my old rig. Like you I tried manual checks, but that didn't solve the problem. A reformat of the partition in question worked for me, however I'd certainly see if the advice given in the above link works first.
