Afternoon all,

I'm looking at a GPU upgrade.

Current specs are:

Intel 4770k
Sapphire HD 7970 OC BOOST 3072MB
16Gb Ram
Corsair RM Series RM 650 '80+ Gold' 650W Power Supply
Asus PB278Q 27" @1440

I'm looking at the Zotac GTX 1070 AMP Extreme

Will this do me good on my setup and will my PSU handle it ok?

What refresh rate is that monitor ? If it's 60hz the 1070 will be fine
If it's 144 hz though and you want more fps I'd be tempted to get a 1080 (obviously depending. On your budget )
System should be fine for either card I think , just my Opinion :)

dont't forget you have a limited amount of time to register the card on Zotac's website. This will get you up to 5 years of warranty otherwise it's only 3 I think..
