When I installed the Noctua heatsink the very first time, I pulled the CPU out of its socket whilst pulling the heatsink out. Second time the install went smoothly..

Is there any way to tell if i damaged my CPU at all now that it's installed ?
According to Ryzen Master, all 6 cores are functioning and i've had no stability issues.

"Core 2" usually seems to have a lower MHz than the rest of the cores, however not always.

Is it normal for Core 2 to usually run slower than the rest when idle ?

Initially I got a tiny bit of paste on the underside of the CPU where the pins were but I cleaned it off with some CPU wipes from noctua.

This is it before ...

And then i wiped it clean, is that ok to do ? They were alcohol wipes designed for cleaning cpus.
I heard the paste is non conductive so if there was a tiny bit then its fine.
