My parents have asked me to build a new computer, typically a £500 Budget
probably push it up to £600, but obviously the less the better.
Now ive come up with this AMD system, which is surprisingly cheap i'd say.

Now im going to OC this cpu, not as high as i can get but fairly past mid.
How high OC should i be able to get? Would Intel be more worth while?
Recon my CPU heatsink will be fine?

Also im not 100% sure about the graphics card, as theres not going to be much gaming on it, and they only play at 1280x1024, although once theyve upgraded they might stray to the PC more. I though of possibly a 4770 or 4670 due to there low power usage? Although there all similiar priced, and the 4830 would be the most cost effective, in terms of performance too?

Any advice on other parts i could change?

My 2cents worth :p

If no gaming is going on, and at that res, I would personaly downgrade the graphics to something like a 4650.

I defintely want to OC it myself, going to be my little project ;)
Little bit of cable management here and there etc.

Currently there is not much gaming on it, but im sure my little brother will expect to play some with it being new.

Wouldnt mind sticking to a AMD system as the price is amazingly low and I've never really messed around with a AMD system before. Although if there is a big difference in performance i may change to intel..

Also i'd like to stick to DDR3. I know this adds an extra chunk to the price.
