Im thinking of going to see my doctor to have my tackle checked out ( size is ok ) lol
Is it a reasonable request to go and ask them to check for you ? I dont really know what im looking for and whats right and whats not right.
Reason im going is, in work 2 lads same age as me 32 ( give or take a year ) have both just had a scare, one had one removed and had chemo, and the other is just having chemo, but they are both ok and its not life threatening.
So can i just turn up at the docs, and ask them to have a look please.
I dont have any lumps as far as im aware, its just peace of mind

there is nothing wrong in going to a check up for your peace of mind.

im 42 and must book a appointment to see the doctor for a annual check up.

it's better to know then to sit there and worry isnt it ?

Perfectly reasonable. You want to make sure you are healthy, because it's better to know than leave it 'til it's too late.
Go. It's not embarrassing in the least, or at least it wasn't for me :P They are medical professionals and likely have a penis of their own, too.

im not embarrased, the docs have had 5 different people ( heath org ) with their fingers were the sun dont shine over the past 3 months when i have my appendix removed so ive thrown dignaty right out the window now lol
just didnt want to turn up and they say no

hmmm old "safe" gentleman doctor, or the risky hot female doctor.

one much more likley to arouse some "attention" but the other much more embarrassing if it does :o

went to the docs just before christmas due to the girlfriend finding a lump down there, only doc i could see at the time was a very fine female one :p but the GF decided to come along for "support" so i had to think of queen and country, the lump was nothing serious and 2 weeks of antibiotics sorted it out, tbh am glad i had the support of the GF coz i was cacking myself, dont ever be afraid of going to the docs with something like this they have seen it all before

Maybe but I'm sure both would be used to it actually and more understanding than you think!

Go for it, peace of mind is a great thing to have, goes without saying there's nothing wrong with that.

it is embarrassing, but better to get it checked than not. Worst thing was when I had possible appendix issues and had fingers shoved up where you don't want them, that wasn't comfortable lol

I would strongly recommend any guy to get his tackle checked if there is even the slightest doubt.
I had a worrying period after a vasectomy a few years back. My boys took on the appearence of badly stuffed cushions :(
Went to Doc who donned a plastic glove, got me to drop my strides and then stood behind me to get the correct angle to erm .... examine me lol.
Got sent to ultrasound at local hospital the same day ! Had some strange looks when my name was called out as everyone else waiting was a pregnant woman :D
Got the all clear within 6 hours of initial appointment.
Apparently after being disconnected my boys still go on working and quickly fill the cut off pipework causing some lumps and stuff to go on, perfectly normal :)

You should really get in the habit of checking them yourself properly & regularly, Trust me, If there is a lump then you will find it, I know I did. Thing was like a frozen pea on the side of my right nut.
I rang the Doc first thing & was stood in her consultation room holding my Sacks within 20 minutes.
It turned out to be a swelling of my wee tube caused by all the water infections i was getting from the Kidney stones I had. :(

Anyway just sit down when you are nekkid & dangle your sacks over the edge of the chair & cup them with your hand, Just roll each bollock around between thumb & finger. Do this regular enough & you will know what they are s'posed to feel like normal & then you will spot owt straight away should anything pop up.

It is embarassing but worth it. I found a lump when I was younger, think it was 18-19 cant recall now, anyhoo I went for a check up it was sufficently serious enoguh for them to send me on to the hospital.

I had a test basically what they do to check on a womans baby when they are pregnant done by a hot nurse which was rather distracting :p anyway turns out it was just a cyst but I have been back to check on them again once just in case. Going to do it again in the next few years as well.

If you are worried, just do it, best advice I can give.

My missus works at a medical P.A. and you would be surprised the amount of guys actually have this done regularly.

For the sake of a tiny bit of embarassment at least you know you are covered.

As you came back through the waiting room you should have rubbed your belly saying "It's twins" with the happiest grin you can muster :p

That would have been my normal reaction but having just been given the all clear from a potential life threat I just went with the silly grin :D
